Zia Liquors Bourbon Auctions Rules 

References in these Terms and Conditions, “we” or “us” refers to Zia Liquors. By registering and/or bidding in a public auction held by Zia Liquors, you agree to be bound by the following terms of the Zia Liquors Auction Policies (ZLAP).

Any or all of the ZLAP may be amended from time to time, for this and all future Zia Liquors Auctions. The ZLAP may be amended by posted notices or announcements on the Zia Liquors’ website made before or during the auction.

The auctions will take place on the Zia Liquors’ website and buyers must register on the website to place their bids. When placing a bid, registered bidders accept the personal liability to pay the purchase price, including all applicable taxes and charges. All bids are final, and under no circumstances can bids be removed or changed after they have been placed.

Registration Details

Registration on the Zia Liquors website is free of charge. When registering you must provide some personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email address. Once you have registered you are expected to keep your information up to date and keep your password and account details confidential. You are liable for any bids made using your account.

Zia Liquors has the right, at our complete discretion, to refuse participation in any auction and/or reject any bid.

Zia Liquors makes every attempt to describe all goods as accurately as possible. No returns will be accepted if bottles are paid for and taken from Zia Liquors' property. Zia Liquors reserves the right to amend the description of any auction by means of an announcement on the website and to withdraw any auction at any time.

The highest bidder accepted on the website will be the winner and will assume the full risk and responsibility of the auction upon the auction’s conclusion. If during an auction a dispute arises between bidders, the dispute will be resolved by Zia Liquors. If there is a dispute during or after an auction, the records of the auctioneer will be conclusive, and the decision of Zia Liquors will be final and binding for all parties involved.

Bidding Details

All real-time bidding is carried out on the Zia Liquors website and Zia Liquors Auction app. The order of bids is determined by the time stamps on each submitted bid. Bidding increments are pre-determined on the website

Procedures for Bidding & Payment

All winning bids must pay for their lot within one week of winning their auction or the 2nd highest bidder will be made the winner. Payment must be received by Zia Liquors within 7 days of the auction’s end. No property will be released by Zia Liquors until the payment is received in full, including any applicable state and local taxes. In the event a charge is not accepted, the 2nd highest bidder will be named the winner of the auction.
